UNC-CHAPEL HILL CAMPUS YMCA ART COMMISSION

Chapel Hill artist Cathy Kiffney has been invited to create a series of wall sculptures for the newly renovated Campus YMCA at UNC-Chapel Hill. Built in 1907, the architecturally significant building was renovated to restore its original beauty and updated for the 21 century. Cathy is creating a variety of ceramic plaques as memorials to significant individuals involved in the YMCA history and renovation.
